 | Ducks Win Wildcard Series Wednesday, August 4th , 2027 After their 3-2 win today at Ducks Park over the Phoenix Firebirds, the Portland Ducks will advance to the Division Series. Portland won the series by a 3-1 margin. Leading the way for the Ducks was first baseman Chris Givens, who had a spectacular series and was named MVP. "I don't play differently in the regular season or playoffs. I just go out and do my best every game," he said. "It's certainly nice to play in the big game, but you can't let it get to your head and change your focus." The Portland Ducks will play against the Chicago Hawks in the next round.
