The future appears bright for the Las Vegas Gamblers relief ace, who captured the award with 28 saves in 43 relief appearances, 67 strikeouts in 50.2 innings and a record of 4-3 to go with his 1.95 ERA. He received 15 first place votes out of a possible 20.
