Las Vegas Wins at Home to Narrow Series Deficit to 2-1
The Las Vegas Gamblers have closed some of the gap between themselves and the series-leading Minneapolis Marauders , winning, 6-3, at Las Vegas Grounds. Gamblers right-hander Bobby Juarez threw 6.0 innings of 4-hit ball. The win cuts the deficit facing the Gamblers to 2-1 in the best-of-5 Division Series.

Ryan Burnett hit a 3-run home run off Jerry Gomez in the bottom of the sixth, which put the Gamblers ahead, 4-1. In addition to the homer, Burnett had 1 double, while going 2 for 4.

"Bobby is pitching with a lot of determination and a lot of fire," said Las Vegas manager David Fields.

Game 4 is scheduled for Wednesday at Las Vegas Grounds in Las Vegas.
