| Orange Upend Condors, 4-2 | Orlando pitcher Aaron Staff had a large part in his team subduing the Boston Condors, 4-2. The opposition could never mount much of a rally against the right-hander. Orlando is in first place in the Independent South Division with a record of 18-14.
Orlando used a timely hit from Andres Zendejas to get the win. The pinch hitter stroked a run-scoring double in the top of the seventh inning to put the Orange ahead, 2-1. It was his only hit in 1 at-bat, but it made an impact.
"We played a good game and came out on top," said Zendejas.
