| Kerfoot, Marauders Too Much for Orcas | Spirited fans greeted the Vancouver Orcas for their clash with the Minneapolis Marauders .
Neal Kerfoot knocked in 4 runs to help Minneapolis beat Vancouver, 6-4. The third baseman collected 1 single, 1 double, and 1 home run. The winning pitcher was Tom Boatright. His record now stands at 1-0. The right-hander went 6.2 innings, allowing no runs on 6 hits for the Marauders .
