Orange Best Condors in Pitching Duel | Orlando Orange pitcher Jason Nicolich was in fine form, leading his team past the Boston Condors, 2-0. Orlando goes to 2-2.
Bernard McAleer had a big solo home run for the Orange in the bottom of the sixth inning. With Orlando leading 1-0 and the bases empty, he sized up a slider from 24-year old right-handed pitcher Jason Jones and punished it. The result was his 2nd home run of the season, which put the Orange on top, 2-0.
"I'm just looking to see the ball, hit the ball," said McAleer. | | | | |
