| Orange Deal Sentinels 5-3 Loss | Aaron Staff, who is tied for 8th in the IL in innings pitched with 55.1, was locked in. The right-hander led the Orlando Orange to a 5-3 win against the Arlington Sentinels at Ballpark of Arlington. Franklin Garcia earned his 14th save, after closing out the game. With the win, the Orange have a record of 22-20.
Orlando used a clutch at-bat from Brandon Benner to capture the win. The right fielder hammered a 2-run home run in the top of the fifth inning to put the Orange ahead, 4-1. It was his lone hit in 5 at-bats, but it was a humdinger.
Benner attributed the win to "everyone pulling their weight."
