| Gamblers Bridle Jackals, 4-3 | The Las Vegas Gamblers picked up a win at Las Vegas Grounds, knocking off the Jacksonville Jackals, 4-3. Starting pitcher Alex Sandoval was a big reason why. The winner was Sandoval. He threw 6.2 innings of 5-hit ball. The loser was Dave Smith. With the win, Las Vegas goes to 3-3.
Dave Solorio, who finished 3rd in the IL in triples with 5 in 2024, helped out the Las Vegas cause in the bottom of the fourth inning with a run-scoring single. For the game, the left fielder went 3-4 with 3 singles.
Las Vegas manager called it "a pretty good win."
