| Cruz Swings Gamblers to 9-4 Win | The Las Vegas Gamblers knocked off the Arlington Sentinels, 9-4, at Ballpark of Arlington. Carlos Cruz was a big reason Las Vegas won. The second baseman was 4 for 4 with a home run, a double, 2 singles, and a walk, while scoring 3 runs and driving in 3. Mario Villalobos got the win, improving to 7-5. He held the Sentinels to 2 runs on 5 hits over 8 innings, while striking out 6 and walking 0. Las Vegas improves to 37-33 with the win. They lead their division by 2½ games.
