| Condors Prevail, 2-0, Over Orlando | Starting pitcher Miguel Rivera gave the Boston Condors a rock-solid performance, helping his team defeat the Orlando Orange, 2-0, at Condors Park. The 4th-place Condors now have a win-loss record of 41-44.
Jose Gutierrez drew 1 walk for Boston. The 29-year old left fielder had a key at-bat in the bottom of the sixth. With one out and the bases loaded, he broke a 0-0 tie with a run-scoring walk off Jonathan Smith. It was his 35th walk of the season.
"Miguel pounded the strike zone and made good pitches when he needed to," said Boston manager David Fields.
