| Jackals Earn Clutch Win, 3-2 | The Las Vegas Gamblers got a superb performance from pitcher Bobby Juarez, but the Jacksonville Jackals still won the game, 3-2. Juarez threw 7.0 innings of shutout ball. Jacksonville pitcher Bobby McKibben got the win. He's now 2-3. Chris Evans was tagged with the loss. The Jackals are now 43-44, while the Gamblers fall to 44-43.
Jacksonville took a 3-2 lead on Angelo Radilla's 16th double of the season. The run-scoring double, which Radilla hit in the bottom of the eighth, left Las Vegas pitcher Chris Evans visibly frustrated.
"It feels good to get this one," Radilla told the Jacksonville Times.
