| Gamblers Win, 4-1, at Minneapolis | Las Vegas Gamblers starter Manny Hernandez turned in a top-notch performance against the Minneapolis Marauders at Marauders Field. The result was a win for the Gamblers, 4-1. Getting the save was Joe Childers, his 6th. Minneapolis, now 4-11, continues its tough start.
Dave Solorio, who is tied for 7th in the IL with a .411 on-base percentage, had a direct impact on the outcome. Solorio contributed a 2-run home run in the top of the second inning to put Las Vegas up, 2-0.
"Manny had good arm action, good stuff," said Las Vegas manager David Fields.
