| Condors Win, Dreisbach goes 4-for-5 | The Boston Condors beat the San Antonio Wranglers, 6-3, at Wranglers Stadium. Joe Dreisbach, in particular, was impressive. He went 4-5 with a home run and 3 singles. He drove in 4 runs and scored once. Picking up the win was Jason Jones. He went 6 innings, allowing 3 runs on 6 hits. The right--hander struck out 5 and walked 2. Boston has now won 3 in a row.
There was more than one reason the Condors beat the Wranglers, but Dreisbach's big at-bat in the top of the third was an important factor. He staked his team to a 3-1 lead when he hit a 2-run single.
Dreisbach called the win the result of "everyone being in sync."
