The Tampa Bay Sunrays found a way to sneak past the Toronto Mounties, 5-4, in 10 innings. Tampa Bay left fielder Alex Ruiz, for one, had a standout performance. The win belonged to Steve Crisp in relief. His record improves to 3-1. Elias Birriel took the loss for Toronto. Tampa Bay is now 38-37. Toronto is 26-49.

The game was still up for grabs in the bottom of the tenth. With no one out, Ruiz hit a fastball from Elias Birriel for a run-scoring single. The Sunrays, in dramatic fashion, had a walk-off win.

"Walking a team off at the end -- there's no greater feeling," said Ruiz.
