Foucher, Sentinels Wallop Pioneers in Game 6 of WS | The Arlington Sentinels and the San Francisco Pioneers will take the World Series to a decisive 7th game. In a must-win situation, the Sentinels beat the Pioneers, 7-1, at Ballpark of Arlington to force the series into what will essentially be a one-game playoff. Arlington first baseman Théodore Foucher went 1-4 with a home run. He scored 2 times and drove in 3.
In the bottom of the second, Arlington center fielder Dave Dickmann had a productive at-bat. With the bases loaded and two out, Dickmann stroked a bases-clearing triple to center. It made the score 4-0, Arlington. For the game, he was 2 for 5 with a triple and a double. He drove in 3 runs and scored once.
"Solid performance from our side," said Sentinels manager David Fields.
