Bolanos Helps Las Vegas Outscore San Antonio
The Las Vegas Gamblers topped the San Antonio Wranglers, 14-13, at Las Vegas Grounds. Las Vegas first baseman Danny Bolanos was a spark plug for the offense. He was 3 for 5 with a home run and a double. He scored 2 runs and drove in 5. With the win, Las Vegas upped its record to 57-46.

Dave Solorio went 1-3 with a home run and a walk, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once for Las Vegas. The two-time All-Star had a key at-bat in the bottom of the eighth. With one out and runners on 2nd and 3rd, he broke a 13-13 tie with a run-scoring sacrifice fly off Justin Suchland. It was his 49th RBI of the season.

"As well as we've been playing, I think we can play even better," said Las Vegas manager David Fields.
