10-4 Loss Extends San Antonio Losing Streak
The Jacksonville Jackals beat the San Antonio Wranglers, 10-4, at Wranglers Stadium. Tony Rangel, who finished 3rd in the IL in hits with 128 in 2025, starred for Jacksonville. He went 2-4 with a home run, a double, and a walk, while scoring 2 and driving in 2. The Wranglers have now dropped 7 straight.

Jacksonville used the hitting of Alex Villegas to pick up the win. The designated hitter clubbed a 3-run home run in the top of the third inning to put the Jackals on top, 3-1. For the game, Villegas had 1 home run and 1 single in 5 at-bats.

"The name of the game is scoring runs," Villegas said. "We did a good job of that today."
