Shan-bo Li was locked in. The right-hander led the Montreal Mammoths to a 7-0 win against the Portland Ducks at Mammoths Field. Portland , with the loss, is 0-4.

Paul Marasco had a big grand slam home run for the Mammoths in the bottom of the sixth inning. With Montreal leading 3-0 and the bases loaded, he got a fastball from 22-year old left-handed pitcher John Allison and swatted a home run to left. It was his 2nd home run of the season, and more importantly, it put the Mammoths ahead, 7-0.

"I went out and just tried to do my job," said Li.
