| Jackals Bury Orange, 16-2 | Chris Grady impressed in the 16-2 Jacksonville win over Orlando. Grady, who signed a 3-year contract worth $12,000,000 on 10/25/2026, hit 2 home runs. He drove in 6 runs and scored twice. Alex Santiago, who went 6 innings, was the winning pitcher. He was charged with 2 runs on 3 hits, while walking 4 and striking out 7. His record now stands at 1-0. Brandon Paige earned the save for Jacksonville, his 1st.
With Jacksonville trailing 1-0 in the bottom of the second, Grady hit a cutter from Aaron Staff for a 3-run home run. It was his 2nd home run of the season and put the Jackals ahead, 3-1.

The loss drops the Orange to 1-1.
