Meyer Hits 2 home runs in Mammoths Win
Montreal catcher Bill Meyer helped his team beat the Portland Ducks, 8-4. Meyer, who is a two-time All-Star, went 2 for 3 for the Mammoths. The Mammoths go to 23-36 with the win.

Marco Sanchez, who is tied for 7th in the UL in triples with 2, contributed to the Montreal win with a 3-run home run in the bottom of the fourth. For the game, the left fielder had 2 hits in 4 at-bats with 1 home run, 1 single, 2 runs scored, and 3 RBI.

"Feels good to get the job done," Sanchez said after the game.
