Miller Leads Mounties to 8-6 Win Over Toltecs
The Toronto Mounties cut down the Leon Toltecs by the score of 8-6, with the largest share of the credit going to first baseman Richard Miller. Miller went 2-4 with a home run and a double, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 5 for the Mounties. The Mounties raised their record to 22-39.

In the bottom of the seventh, the Mounties grabbed the lead when Miller hit his 6th double of the season. The bases-clearing double off Felix Hernandez made it 7-4, Toronto.

"We put a lot of pressure on ourselves," Miller told a Toronto Herald reporter. "Sometimes we just need to relax."
