| Ramos Drills 2 Homers in 7-4 Las Vegas Win | The first-place Las Vegas Gamblers took on the San Antonio Wranglers in front of a spirited crowd.
The performance of Victor Ramos proved critical in helping Las Vegas beat San Antonio, 7-4. The Gamblers center fielder went 2 for 3 with 2 home runs and a walk. He drove in 5 runs and scored twice. Joe Childers notched his 27th save of the season.
Ramos had a game-changing home run in the bottom of the seventh. On a 0-1 fastball from Alex Jasso, he banged a 3-run home run to left-center, giving the Gamblers a 7-4 lead. It was the 21st home run of the year for Ramos.
"We were able to get some things going offensively," said Ramos.
Las Vegas has run its win streak to 9 consecutive.
